FLT Fatting

                                                               FLATTING

What we learnt in FLT about flatting.
JOB
Get a job that you enjoy doing or interested in and that pays you well. Once you have saved enough money then you can go searching for a house.

LIKE
The cost of the house depends on how big and what it is like. eg If your house has lets say, "6 bed room, 3 bathrooms, pool, 1 kitchen then man it gonna cost a lot that not even including  food power gas if you have a car".

HOUSE
Once you have found a house  that you like is up to your expectation then with the money you have saved you have 2 options number 1 is rent the house or 2 is buy it. I recon it would be easier to just rent.

  1. Kia ora Monica,

Thank you for your interesting post about flatting. I flatted with a number of different people when I was going through my education and found that living with a number of females in the flat ensured the flat run a lot smoother. All males was a bit of a disaster.
I agree with you that getting a job in an area that interests you is a great idea, although sometimes you have to do some pretty stink jobs to get to a place where you have choices into which job you want.
Maybe next time add some images or graphics to make you post look more interesting.
    Nga mihi,
    Mark
